From the Editor

This February, we celebrate the first anniversary of our newsletter – Ripples: spreading the change!  We would like to thank each and every one who has contributed towards the lake and its activities.

The year 2017 has been a busy one for all of us at the lake. Upkeep of the lake is neither easy nor a one-time event. A lake is like a long term investment, akin to raising a child. It takes a lot of energy, vigilance, maintenance and spreading the importance of those maintaining. In order to do this, people, irrespective of their academic or social background, need to come together and work in unison.

In this edition of Ripples, we are showcasing people and organizations involved in the preservation of the sanctity of the Puttenahalli Lake. We had a lot of fun as well! We had adults and children come over for various activities, and go back with a big smile!

Do come over and be a part of our celebration!
